We produce flags and graphics, from an off the shelf 'Union Jack' hand flag to large scale production runs for pan-european roll-out. We are specialists in fabric imaging, but have a wide capability in regular large format printing onto rigid and semi-rigid substrates. We can advise on the best route for your particular application as there are many permutations, all with their own advantages.
We print into fabric, not onto it. The dyes that form the colours and images on our products are bonded into the fabric fibres at 180° Celsius, guaranteeing a permanency not even damaged by industrial washing. In fact, the fibres of the substrate will break down before the image does.
Our bespoke production is in house and includes all fabric finishing, a widely underestimated and yet vital element in the manufacture of a quality product. Think of it like this, a seamstress in the garment industry has to sew in curves and the item is turned inside out to hide the stitching. A seamstress producing flags or banners has to sew in a precisely straight line and the finished stitching is one show.
Our range of flagpoles and specialised banner mounting kits can answer every need from an application perspective. Erecting a flagpole isn't always about simply digging a hole and filling it with concrete. We can provide solutions that work on top of buildings, the side or need no ground penetration.
Our portable display systems have been designed and developed in co-operation with a New Zealand company after our own disappointment with the commercial products available. Besides the obvious aesthetic advantages you can see from the photographs, every item incorporates a practical solution to assembly, graphic fitting and tensioning that make it the de facto choice for your event. Allied to a build quality that is best in class means the product won't be wanting when you are at a venue miles from your resources.
